For many years, individual supporters and parishes throughout the metropolitan area have shown their personal and financial commitment to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen by participating in our SOCK Signature Drive . By sending your signature on the form below and contributing twenty dollars ($20.00), your name, or that of a remembered loved one will be honored by inclusion in the SOCK Signature Drive book distributed at the SOCK dinner and to participating parishes.
